This page explains how to delete your Lentando data. You can delete specific items, all of your data (while keeping your account), or your entire account. You can also request deletion by email if you no longer have access to the app.
You can remove a single tracked event at any time without affecting anything else:
The event is removed immediately from your device, and (if you are signed in) the deletion is synced to the cloud the next time the app is online.
If you want to wipe your tracked data and start fresh while keeping your account, use Clear Database:
This permanently deletes all events, to-dos, badges, and settings on the device, and (if you are signed in) clears the same data from the cloud. Your sign-in account remains so you can continue using the app.
If you can sign in to Lentando, this is the fastest and most complete option:
This immediately deletes your cloud data, your sign-in account, and clears local data on that device. The action is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you can no longer access the app (for example, you uninstalled it or lost access to your sign-in), email us to request deletion:
Requests are processed manually, typically within a few days and no later than 30 days from receipt. There is no recovery period once deletion is complete.
Local browser storage is cleared automatically when you use the in-app Clear Database or Delete Account flows. If you use the email method instead, any data still stored in your browser on your own devices can be removed by opening the app and choosing Clear Database, or by clearing your browser's site data.
Nothing user-identifying is retained after deletion. We may keep minimal records only where required by law or for legitimate security or fraud-prevention purposes; such records do not include your tracked events, notes, or app content.
